1.Download and run the free trial version of Video to Flash Converter for Mac.
2.Export iMovie video files to the program.
3.Select output format.
Click "Customize" button and switch to "Step 2", you can check "Generate FLV or Generate SWF or Generate HTML" to set FLV or SWF or html page embedded with flash video as your output formats.
Tips: You must choose either Generate FLV or Generate SWF or both. If you haven't check Generate SWF, you can't choose Generate HTML and if you haven't choose Generate FLV, you can't choose Generate SWF-->Play the created external FLV file progressively. 4.Clip videos to make segments.
Select the files that you want to clip from the file lists on the main panel, then press "Clip" button to open the "Clip" window, tick "+" icon to clip the video files to many small clips/segments.
5.Export iMovie video to Flash on Mac.
Press "Start" button to convert iMovie output video files to Flash FLV/SWF formats for uploading to site or embedding on web.
